Ingredients:
- 1 pound Northern Fisheries branded shrimp,
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling)
Instructions:
Please note all seafood should be cooked to a minimal internal temperature of 145°F
-
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
-
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
-
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
-
Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each shrimp. This will help them cook evenly.
-
Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking, as shrimp can become rubbery if cooked for too long.
-
Once cooked, remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and transfer them to a serving plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
-
Serve the grilled shrimp immediately as an appetizer or as a main dish with your favorite side dishes such as grilled vegetables, rice, or a salad.
Enjoy your delicious grilled shrimp!
